I hate to see that summer is coming to a end. We have a great summer spent with family, friends, splash pad time and just having fun outside!! But i look forward to cooler weather  And getting ready for fall. Just recently kash has noticed our grapes along the fence. He's so funny he will reach threw the fence to grab them. He likes to only put them in his mouth to chew on them then spits them out. He will do this forever if i let him. Silly kid. Kash also loves to play with his best little friend his cousin who he calls cee cee. They are so cute together. They love to give each other hugs and kisses. sorry lots of pics to post

On July 17th Kash broke his right arm ( radius bone) . He was playing with grandma mel and fell off her bed:/ my mom felt sooooo bad. I kept telling her it was ok and it could of happened to anyone but she still felt guilty. We had took kash to after hrs clinic and also the next morning to our regular dr. office in which the Dr. had us go over to A.f. hospital for x-rays. He said he was pretty sure it was broken. After we found out it was broken they put a splint on. Kash had to wear that for 2 days. Then it was time for the real cast on friday. It took two nurses the dr. and me to man handle kash lol. He's quite the fighter. I warned them that he would likely throw up because he does this normally if he cries to hard. And of course he did within two min of the dr. wrapping his cast. But after he was tramatized he calmed down . And to my surprise has adjusted really well with his cast. He's able to play and still get into everything. Nothing stops him:) Here are a few pics of the brave boy..

Splash pad fun!!

I took kash to the highland splash pad today. He had so much fun walking around splashing and a little exploring. After a while he noticed a drain that had been clogged and and had made a huge puddle of water. Of course he would rather play in that than the other water. I was mean and wouldn't let him lol. We definitely will be going back.

18 Month's

I can't believe Kash is already 18 month's old. Where does the time go. I tried to take some pics of the little dude but he wasn't cooperating with me. He's to busy for this kind of stuff.. Here are some thing's kash enjoys to do . He loves to be outside as much as possible, making messes( especially in the bathroom with all my stuff i keep in the drawers and throws everything in the tub)

I finally finished kash's quilt for a twin bed that will be in his room. I have procrastinated a little. I bought the material last summer and had high intentions on finishing it but slacked off a bit. Over the last few weeks i have worked on it as much as i could while kash napped or played around the house. And now its done. I can't wait to get it quilted and put on his bed. And i am proud to say i did it all by myself without the help of my mom, who is a great sewer. She has taught me so much. I owe it all to her..

House projects

Last fall i started painting one of our extra bedrooms in the basement. I wanted to do something different. So im a little obsessed with all the chevron patterns out there so i decided to give a try. I was a little nervous to take on such a big project on my own. But i turned out great. I love to paint and try new looks. If it was up to me i would change all my walls and bedrooms constantly .  So needless to say this bedroom has been done for quite some time but we haven't moved our spare bed down there yet. But i think we are this weekend so i will post pics of it all put together. but for now here are some pics.. I wish i took before pictures:/ the color's im decorating will be yellow and blue

So far we have had a great summer spent with family and friends. Kash loves playing with his cousin's and friends. We spend a lot of time outside playing in the rocks and dirt. I took kash to the pool last week with some friends. He wasn't so sure about it at first . But i think he had a great time. I hope to take him again soon.

Future Barber!!

Everytime i get ready for the day my little buddy is in the bathroom right along with me. Whether it's making messes clearing out all my drawers and throwing everything into the tub or playing with my brushes and picks!! He carried these around all morning. What a silly little guy...oh and don't laugh that his toes are cut out from his p.j.'s ha ha.. his feet were squished so rylan made so room for kash's chubby feet..

I can already tell this is going to be a long summer. Kash loves everything to do with dirt, rocks etc. I know typical little boy right :) last night rylan was out watering out fruit tree's out back in our garden area when kash noticed his dad and had to follow him. This is what happened as you can see in the pictures he is filthy!! It was driving me crazy letting him get so dirty.But needless to say i found it quite cute lol..

Mother's Day

Me and my little buddy  on mother's day! Kash Bring's so much joy and happiness to our family. Even though he can be a little stinker sometime's. I wouldn't trade him for anything in the world. I love being his mom. I would like to thank my mom for all she does for us. And im thankful for her willingness to help watch kash so i can wrk a few hrs a week and im so glad to have a great mother in law as well. I hope everyone had a great mother's day..

Easter 2012

 We had a fun filled weekend spending time with family .On saturday we had a easter egg hunt at Grandma and Grandpa Colledge's. The kid's had a lot of fun finding there goodies. Kash had no clue what was going on . He was more concerned about exploring outside eating dirt and sticks! But he still had fun. After the easter egg hunt we had a little hot dog roast. Then on sunday rylan's brother heath and his wife amanda blessed there sweet little guy . What a cool day to have his special blessing on easter. Here are a few pictures from our weekend!

Last week my mom and i went down to my grandma RaVae's in mapleton so i could color her hair. While we were down there i wanted to take some pictures of kash in his easter outfit . I love it down in mapleton its still like a little farm town with fields and lots of farms. Kash is at a hard stage to take his pictures because he gets so distracted being outside.kash lately is into pulling cheeser smiles lol. So here are a few. I think they turned out pretty cute.
